Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As the events in April 2025 in Korea are getting closer, our World Mission HQ would like us to report our name lists this week, as they are working on seating arrangements for the main events.
Therefore, even if you still need to get your flight tickets, we ask that if you plan to be in Korea this April, please register yourself and any family members as soon as possible.
Here are the current active registrations based on the various groups:
1. General Members Pilgrimage in Oak Valley (this is for leaders as well – there is no separate accommodations for leaders at this time on April 10-14):
– This package is from April 10 to April 14. There will be an extension option for additional cost, but please don’t wait, so we can include you in the name list for WMHQ this week.
2. RSVP form for Blessing Candidates

– This is for those getting blessed in Korea this April. Current dates are April 10-14. This isn’t instead of the Blessing application, but it allows us to report everyone coming to Korea, while there is time to complete the application process.
– Those who are interested to extend their stay at Oak Valley will be able to join the extension option of the pilgrimage, when it’s announced later this week.
3. Guests of the Blessing Candidates

– This is for those who would like to stay with the Blessing candidates and join their program from April 10-14 in Oak Valley.
– Those who are interested to extend their stay at Oak Valley will be able to join the extension option of the pilgrimage, when it’s announced later this week.
4. Own Accommodations Arrangements

– For those who have their own accommodations arrangements, but would like to join the main events, please fill out this form by Thursday, Feb. 20 as well.
** As much as possible, if you are planning to Korea this April, please identify which group you fit and register as soon as possible. Seating at the Entrance Ceremony is based on the categories being asked in the various registrations. While international participants are prioritized, there is limited space, so those registering after February 20 may be seated at the stadium.
For those attending the Entrance Ceremony at the CWG grounds, there will be an additional gratitude donation to also cover the special attire for the ceremony. We will send out details shortly.
